The villa has 11 air-conditioned bedrooms, shared living and dining areas, an equipped kitchen with a built-in hibachi-style grill, a private swimming pool with a swim-up bar, a heated jacuzzi, and a rooftop plunge pool. Common areas include a pool table, balconies on the second, third and fourth floors, a rooftop terrace and an elevator. Daily cleaning and an overnight doorman are available as property features. Standard JacoVIP concierge service is included throughout the stay, with upgrades available. One pre-arrival shopping-list delivery is included.

Maximum occupancy is 22 guests. Groups exceeding 16 guests incur an additional per-person nightly charge. Exceptions may be made for couples and families with children. Minimum stays are three nights in green season, four nights in high season and six nights in peak season.
