Maximum occupancy is five guests, with a maximum of four adults. The single bunk bed is for a child only; up to two adults are permitted on the double bed. Smoking is not permitted. Approved Schoolies groups are permitted.
Getting there
The apartment is directly across from Clarkes Beach, with direct beach access. Byron Bay town is described as a 5-minute beachfront stroll in the summary and a 10-minute beachfront stroll in the location section. The apartment has one secure car space.
