Golden Sunset is a generously sized condo in the Pacifico Colonial community, offering 3,068 square feet of living space in central Manuel Antonio. The location balances privacy with convenience — restaurants, bars, and shops are a short walk away, yet the setting feels peaceful and tucked in. The expansive terrace looks out over the Pacific, with comfortable lounge seating and two sets of sliding glass doors that open wide to blend indoor and outdoor living. One level below the condo, a shared swimming pool is available for a quick dip any time of day. Inside, the open-concept layout connects a cozy living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen — outfitted with a blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, and refrigerator. Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms provide plenty of room for up to eight guests. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV, and high-speed WiFi are all included. The building has elevator access, covered carport parking, and gated entry with safety features including smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and an in-room safe. Children are welcome.
