The kitchen leads into a dining room with an eight-seat table beneath a vaulted glass ceiling. A sitting area has a television concealed inside a dolls’ house. A small mezzanine terrace connects by steps to a courtyard garden shared with the building’s lower-ground-floor flat. A separate sitting room has button-back seating, artworks, ornaments and an ornamental fireplace.

The main bedroom is decorated in blue and gold and has an ensuite. The other two bedrooms have pale-painted interiors; their bathroom is on a different level. The bedrooms contain one king-size bed, one double bed and two single beds respectively. All bedrooms and the sitting room have air conditioning. Fans are provided in all bedrooms between May and September, and extra fans can be requested.

The equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, towels and safe are available. Bathroom facilities include a bathtub and shower. Free internet is available. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are provided. External CCTV cameras are present outside the home, with none inside.

Smoking and pets are not allowed. The home is suitable for children and infants. The fireplace is ornamental. Cancellations at least five days before check-in receive a full refund; cancellations less than five days before arrival receive no refund, subject to the full cancellation policy.
