The entire apartment is available to guests and is on the first floor of a building without an elevator. A bedroom has a double bed, and the living room has a double sofa bed. The bathroom has a toilet and shower. A balcony has chairs for enjoying the view.

The equipped kitchenette includes a cooking plate, oven, fridge, coffee machine and cooking utensils. Heating, a hair dryer, a washing machine, a laptop-friendly workspace and free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment are available. Towels, bed linen and toiletries are provided, along with starter supplies of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, a sponge, dishwashing products and a bin bag.
