House rules
The booking guest must be at least 21. Pets are not permitted; undisclosed pets brought without approval incur a $500 fine per pet. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property. Smoking violations incur a $500 additional-cleaning fee, plus responsibility for smoking-related damages beyond that fee. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Follow the Good Neighbor Policy, avoid illegal activity and keep noise considerate; noise violations may result in fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Use your own accounts for streaming services. Guests may access the property except designated housekeeping-supply areas. Bookings over 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking.
Getting there
The home is on one level. Wear Farm City Park is next door and its ballfields are accessible on foot. The Pigeon Forge Parkway is a few minutes away; The Island, shows and restaurants are about a mile away. Dollywood is roughly 10 minutes by car and downtown Gatlinburg about 20 minutes by car.
