The house

Our Happy Place accommodates up to six guests in three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms across 1,841 square feet. A separate wing contains a private suite with its own sitting area, providing additional privacy within the home. Open-concept kitchen, dining and living areas provide space to gather.

The fully stocked kitchen includes a stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kitchen basics. The home also has a fireplace, heating, ceiling fans, hot water, television with cable or satellite, board games, Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, and a washer and dryer. A bathtub, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, towels, hair dryer, hangers and toiletries are provided. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

Downtown Wilmington’s cafés, restaurants, shops and a grocery store are a short walk away. Mount Snow is 15 minutes away, and the MOOver shuttle stop at Shaw’s is approximately five minutes away, offering free transportation to the mountain. The home has direct VAST snowmobile trail access and convenient access to Stratton Mountain and other Southern Vermont ski areas.

There is a private entrance, self check-in and complimentary parking for three cars. A local team lives and works in Wilmington and is available throughout the stay.
