## About the house

The home accommodates up to six guests. The ground floor has an open-plan living and dining area with a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, Sonos speaker, equipped kitchen and a separate guest WC. One bedroom is upstairs and two are on the lower ground floor, each with a 180 × 200 cm box-spring double bed and flat-screen TV. The upper-floor bathroom has a freestanding bathtub, shower and WC. The lower-ground-floor wellness bathroom has a private sauna, rain shower and WC. A washing machine and dryer are available. The private garden has two furnished terraces and a beach chair available from April to October. Heating and privacy blinds for all windows are provided. Bed linen, towels, toiletries, a starter supply and luggage service to and from the property are included. Guests can use public transport on Sylt free of charge through Sylt Go!

Pets allowed: No · Pets are not allowed. Dogs may previously have stayed in the home.

The beach is a few minutes away by car or bicycle. Shops and restaurants are a few minutes away on foot. The accommodation spans the ground, upper and lower ground floors. Parking is limited to one space.

Smoking and pets are not allowed. Youth groups are not permitted. Children are welcome. Dogs may previously have stayed in the home. Use of the electric-car wallbox costs extra.
