Are film, photo, or advertisement shoots allowed?
Yes, events and shoots are allowed subject to homeowner approval. Meals can be arranged at an additional cost. A maximum of 14 people can stay overnight, and a refundable deposit and additional charges may apply depending on the event. Loud music is permitted only during certain hours.
