## About the house

The apartment accommodates five guests on the third floor of a building with an elevator. The living area has marble flooring, a large corner sofa, an ottoman, a TV and a dining table, with a balcony overlooking Cala Rossa beach.

A separate kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, juicer, moka pot and coffee machine. The three bedrooms contain two queen-size beds and one single bed. The master bedroom has a sea-view French window and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. A second bathroom also has a shower. A laundry area, washing machine, iron and hairdryer are provided, along with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

Catania Fontanarossa Airport is an hour's drive away. The train station is a 25-minute walk from the apartment and is close to the bus terminal for airport services.

Nearby renovation and painting work may cause daytime noise. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, depending on local regulations; reservation details are available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
