House rules
Four guests can stay, with one additional guest accommodated on the living-room sofa bed, for a maximum of five. Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. The living-room fireplace cannot be used. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. A damage deposit of 150.00 EUR is payable to the owner on arrival. Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt.
