House rules
Maximum occupancy is five guests: four in the bedrooms and one on the living-room sofa bed. Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. The living-room fireplace cannot be used. Pool use after 23:00 must not disturb neighbours. A EUR 150 damage deposit is payable to the owner on arrival. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day; guests under 16 are exempt. Consult the advertiser about possible additional charges.
