## About the house

Ormond Court Collection accommodates up to 10 guests across three separate residences with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. All three units are offered together, combining gathering spaces with separate sleeping areas.

Unit 1 is the main gathering hub, with two bedrooms, a full kitchen, a dining area and a private patio. Units 2 and 3 each have sleeping areas, bathrooms and kitchen setups. The patio shared between Units 2 and 3 has a BBQ grill, a shaded picnic table and an outdoor shower.

Sleeping arrangements include four queen beds, one twin single bed and a sofa bed in the main-house living room. Bedrooms have linens, towels, pillows and comforters; linens are also available for additional sleeping arrangements. Heating, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are available.

The beach is a short walk away, with local dining and cafes nearby. The main-house garage accommodates one compact car. Keypad self-check-in is available. Guests have access to 24/7 support and a tech-enabled concierge for arranging services such as fridge stocking, mid-stay cleaning and private chefs.
