House rules
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and provide proof of age. Outdoor music is prohibited; indoor music must not be audible outdoors or at the property line. Daytime voices must remain measured and reasonable; daytime is defined as 10:00–22:00. Up to two pets are welcome; share pet details with the management team.
Getting there
The home is on a quiet cul-de-sac in central Palm Springs, 1.5 miles east of downtown. Palm Canyon Drive, the tennis courts at Ruth Hardy Park, Palm Springs Convention Center and Agua Caliente Spa and Casino are within walking or biking distance. Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is eight miles west.
