Opulence Villa in Mykonos

A Signature Portfolio Villa Opulence makes an immediate impression through sheer scale, but it never loses sight of the view. Spanning 1,500 sq m above Houlakia, with a 500 sq m infinity pool facing the Aegean, the villa feels almost like a private world of its own. Twelve bedrooms accommodate up to 24 guests, while generous indoor and outdoor spaces leave room for quiet days as easily as larger celebrations. The beach is a short drive away, but with this much space, privacy and sea around you, staying in can be just as tempting.

Outdoors Much of life at Opulence unfolds around the pool. The vast infinity edge stretches toward the horizon, while shaded dining areas, outdoor bars, palm-filled gardens and tucked-away lounge corners give the terrace different moods throughout the day. There is space to work out in the fully equipped gym, settle in for a long lunch, or gather everyone as afternoon slips into evening. With a high-end sound system and a club-style setting built into the outdoor experience, the atmosphere can shift naturally from laid-back to celebratory.

Indoors Across three levels, the interiors soften the villa’s scale with warm textures, designer furnishings and a relaxed bohemian character. Sea views follow guests through much of the house, while the layout gives all 12 bedrooms a stronger sense of privacy within the larger estate. The master suite is the standout, with three bathrooms, a jacuzzi beside the king-size triple bed and its own private bar. Elsewhere, generous shared spaces make it easy for the group to come together without the house ever feeling crowded.

Good to know Weddings, birthdays, reunions, and private celebrations can be hosted within the estate, with a capacity of around 120 seated guests or up to 250 standing. Its generous scale, multiple outdoor areas and club-style setting make it particularly well suited to larger gatherings, while the location keeps the experience more private. As part of our Signature Portfolio, it brings together standout design, high-end amenities and plenty of flexibility for both relaxed stays and special occasions.
