House rules
Midterm bookings only. A lease must be signed alongside the reservation, and the mandatory contract must be signed before check-in. Children and infants are welcome. Pets, parties and smoking are prohibited. Evidence of smoking may result in a minimum €300 smoking fee. A €1,000.00 security deposit is requested in advance and refunded in full to your credit card if no damage is found. Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before check-in.
Getting there
The apartment is on the fourth floor. Around 24 steps must be climbed to reach the elevator. Châtelet train station is a two-minute walk away.
