The entrance level has a living area with a sofa, dining table and fully equipped kitchen, opening onto a terrace with an outdoor table and lake views. A guest bathroom with a washing machine is on the same level.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, including a double bedroom with access to another terrace. A small study and a bathroom with a shower cubicle complete the layout. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, boiler, microwave and oven. An iron and hairdryer are also provided.

A flight of stairs is required to reach the apartment, and internal stairs connect its two levels. A car is recommended because taxis and public transport are unavailable for short local journeys in the area. Orio al Serio Airport is 53 km away by car.

A tourist tax may be required on arrival or a few days beforehand; the amount varies according to local regulations, with booking information available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area. Arrange check-in with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Check-in runs from 15:00 or 16:00, depending on the destination, until 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. Check-out is no later than 10:00.
