House rules

Maximum occupancy is 12 people. Everyone in the group must be over 21 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Pets are not allowed under any circumstances because of the homeowner's allergy. A credit card preauthorization of $2,100.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is prohibited. Shipping to the local management address is available upon request for $25 per package and $50 for larger items; contact the Reservation Team for details. Reservations require electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team. An initial payment of 50% is due at booking, with the balance due 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before 110 days prior to check-in refunds the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee. After full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable. Check-in begins at 16:00 MST and checkout is at 10:00 MST. Early check-in or late checkout requires authorization by text message from a Park City InvitedHome team member and is subject to availability.

Getting there

Main Street and Old Town Park City are a short walk away. Parking is limited to one vehicle in the driveway. This home is not recommended for guests with mobility issues.
