The house

The home accommodates up to six guests. An open-air living room with high ceilings, natural light and comfortable seating connects to the indoor dining area. Tropical gardens surround the home, and the lanai and pool area provide lounge seating and outdoor dining space.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, blender, ice machine, cookware and utensils. A breakfast bar offers additional seating, and a BBQ is available.

The primary bedroom has one king bed, an ensuite bathroom and direct backyard access. Each of the two guest bedrooms has one queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Facilities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly setup, Smart TV, satellite or cable TV, washer and dryer, beach towels, linens, a hair dryer and a Pack and Play. Coffee, bottled water and household essentials are provided. The home has a private entrance, a bathtub and hot water. Safety equipment includes a first aid kit, fire extinguisher, smoke detector and outdoor lighting.

Beaches are a short drive away, and dining and shopping are minutes from Kona Town. Nearby activities include hiking, museums, golf, fishing, cycling, tennis, watersports, snorkeling, scuba diving and spa services. A car is recommended. Parking is free, but electric-vehicle charging is not available.
