## About the house

The home has four bedrooms and four full bathrooms plus one half bathroom across three levels. Level 1 has an ensuite bedroom with a double/twin duo bunk and a twin trundle. Level 2 has a king ensuite bedroom, a half bathroom, and the great room, kitchen and dining area. Level 3 has a queen ensuite bedroom, a bedroom with two twin beds, a full bathroom and a den. An upper-level family room offers games and TV, and there is a screened porch. Furnishings, decor, appliances and flooring have been updated.

The equipped kitchen has leather-finish granite counters, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, drip coffee maker, pod coffee maker, dishes, utensils and cookware. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows and blankets, an iron and ironing board, a washer and dryer, central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi and cable TV are provided.

Outdoor facilities include a private outdoor pool, hot tub, deck with lounge seating and tables, a shaded Tiki Hut with high-top tables and chairs, poolside cabana, gas grill and outdoor shower. Five beach chairs are provided. Complimentary Buck Island beach cabana service from Memorial Day through Labor Day includes setup of four beach chairs and one umbrella.

Guests have access to Buck Island's shared outdoor pool, kiddie pool, basketball, tennis and pickleball courts, playground, parking and beach access. Community pool, sports facilities, playground and concession-area access are offered from Memorial Day through Labor Day. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 26 and October 10–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 24 and October 10–December 31 in 2027.
