## About the house

The villa has an open-concept main level with a kitchen, dining area and living room, screened sliding glass doors, oversized windows, vaulted beamed ceilings, terra cotta tile floors, mahogany finishes, decks and balconies. It has air conditioning, wireless internet, a flat-screen TV, a premium sound system, a private L-shaped chlorine pool with an 8-by-8-foot sitting area and built-in bench seating, tropical landscaping, a gas BBQ, and generator backup power. The three bedrooms have water views, air conditioning, private balconies and en-suite bathrooms. The upper primary suite has a king bed and vaulted ceilings; the second-level guest suite has a king bed; and the lower-level bedroom has two queen beds and direct pool-deck access. The kitchen has mahogany cabinetry, Brazilian granite countertops, a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, blender and cookware. Interior dining seats six. Linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler are provided. A washer and dryer are located in the main house.

One Love is on a hillside above Rendezvous Bay and is a 10-minute drive from Cruz Bay. Renting a jeep is needed. The closest National Park beach is a stated 12–15 minute drive. The villa has numerous stairs.

The maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Additional guests beyond six are charged $50 per person up to 8 guests. Christmas/New Year's arrivals on December 23, 24 or 25 may require a minimum number of nights. A 12.5% hotel tax, 5% service charge, $375 cleaning fee and $59 non-refundable damage waiver apply. The damage waiver covers the first $500 of accidental damage when damage is reported while on the island; damage above $500 is the guest's responsibility. Additional cleaning during the stay may be arranged for a fee. Standard housekeeping is provided before arrival and after departure.

Caribbean Villas of St. John has a local office on St. John to answer questions, provide recommendations and assist during the stay.

## Is a vehicle needed?
Yes. Renting a jeep is needed because the villa is on a hillside and a vehicle is useful for reaching beaches, restaurants and attractions.

## Does One Love have a washer and dryer?
Yes. The washer and dryer are located in the main house.

## Is housekeeping included?
Standard housekeeping is provided before arrival and after departure. Additional cleaning during the stay may be arranged for a fee.

## Are linens, towels and beach gear provided?
