Just “One Lot Back” from the beach, this semi-oceanfront home offers ocean views and easy beach access! Located on a quiet street in the heart of the town of Duck, this home is a convenient walking distance from shopping, dining, and entertainment in Duck Village. The beach access with steps is located just across the cul-de-sac from the home. This vacation home features bright and cheery seaside decor throughout, putting you in a vacation state of mind immediately upon arrival.

The top floor features the great room, which is the main living space in the home. Hang out in the living area and watch TV or play a hand of cards with loved ones. The well-equipped kitchen features ample counter space, as well as countertop seating for a quick breakfast or lunch. Meals can be enjoyed in the nearby dining area. Enjoy salty ocean breezes while relaxing on the deck with an afternoon beverage or morning coffee. There is one ensuite bedroom on the top level, with a private bathroom.

A half bathroom can be found on the top level for convenience. The second level of the home consists of sleeping quarters. There are four ensuite bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Rocking chairs on the second level deck offer an opportunity to relax outside in the shade. A den on the ground floor offers an additional common space to enjoy, and there is a full bathroom nearby on the ground floor. Step outside to the pool area for some fun in the sun.
