The home accommodates up to 11 guests and has five ensuite bedrooms, six full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The top floor contains an oceanside king ensuite with deck access and a standing shower, a great room with living and dining areas, a half bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast-bar seating and a freestanding ice maker. Open decks provide outdoor seating and ocean views.

The second floor has two king ensuites with standing showers and deck access, a twin ensuite with two twin beds and a shower/tub combination, and a duo-bunk ensuite with a double lower bed, twin upper bed, standing shower and deck access. Rocking chairs are available on the shaded second-floor deck. A ground-floor den provides another common space, with a nearby full bathroom with a standing shower.

Outdoor facilities include a private pool, hot tub, gas grill, outdoor shower, outdoor furniture and five beach chairs. The pool is open April 26–October 10, 2026, and April 25–October 9, 2027. Central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, multiple smart TVs with streaming, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, and an iron and ironing board are provided. The kitchen includes cookware, dishes, utensils, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and drip and pod coffee makers.

The home is on a quiet street within walking distance of Duck Village shopping, dining and entertainment. Poteskeet Village Beach Access is across the cul-de-sac and has steps. Parking accommodates five vehicles.
