Level 3 has a king ensuite with a sitting area and wet bar, plus a separate full bathroom. All five ensuite bathrooms have standing showers. The top-floor great room has a furnished living area, coastal landscape views and an electric fireplace available January 1–April 26 and October 10–December 31. This level also has the kitchen, dining area, theater room and an outdoor deck. The kitchen includes a blender, drip coffee maker, dishes, utensils, cookware, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. Level 2 has a recreation room with a pool table and wet bar, a sunroom, laundry facilities and a covered deck with seating. Outdoor facilities include a private outdoor pool, hot tub, poolside cabana, gas grill, outdoor shower and outdoor furniture. Five beach chairs are provided. Community facilities include tennis courts, pickleball courts, beach access and scenic walking paths. Local shopping and dining are conveniently accessible. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board are provided. The home has central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, streaming TV, municipal water and keyless entry.
