The house

One Empire Pass #305 sleeps 10 and has four full bathrooms and no half bathrooms. The single-story condo has hardwood accents, modern furnishings, artwork and a balcony with unobstructed mountain views.

The kitchen has Thermador appliances and an island seating five, alongside a dining table seating eight. The living area includes a sectional, two club chairs, a 65-inch Smart TV and Sonos soundbar. A separate den has a desk, couch and TV. A fireplace, washer, dryer and starter kitchen, laundry and bath essentials are provided.

All four bedrooms have Smart TVs, and the bathrooms have heated floors. The primary bedroom has mountain views and a king bed; the guest bedrooms have a king bed, a queen bed, and two twin-over-full bunk beds respectively.

Shared facilities include a heated infinity-edge spa pool, fitness center, game room and ski storage. Empire Express Shuttle service and one garage parking space are available. The Silver Strike Express Lift and ticket office are off the second-floor community ski lounge. Main Street’s restaurants and shops are 10 minutes away.
