The house

One Empire Pass #303 accommodates up to eight adults and two children, with three full bathrooms and no half bathrooms. The home has recently been completely renovated; photos may not fully represent its current appearance.

The living area has a sofa, four armchairs and a Smart TV. The kitchen includes Thermador appliances, two wine chillers, a five-seat island, cooking basics and a dishwasher. A six-person dining table sits beside the kitchen, and a balcony provides mountain views. The entertainment room has a TV and a pullout trundle day bed ideal for up to two children.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, a private bathroom with a separate shower and tub, and a private mountain-view deck. One guest bedroom has a queen bed and a private shower-only bathroom. The other has two queen beds and a private bathroom with a separate shower and tub. Both guest bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling windows.

Shared facilities include a heated infinity pool, fitness center, children's game room and lounge.
