Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. The shared barbecue must be cleaned after use. Mandatory final cleaning costs 85€ per stay. A mandatory Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges.
