Pets, smoking and events are not permitted. The shared barbecue must be cleaned after use. Mandatory final cleaning costs €85 per stay. The mandatory Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
