No parties or venue use. No smoking inside. Pets are not permitted. Extra charges apply for additional cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal. An external security camera surveils the driveway area.
Getting there
Tahunanui Beach is 900 m away on a scenic walking path. Downtown is 2 km away and a restaurant is 600 m away. The waterfront road is busy and may produce road noise, especially during weekday morning and late-afternoon commute times.
