Before you book
House rules
No smoking and no pets. The home is not available for local rentals or staycations. Renters must be at least 25 years old and must occupy the home for the entire stay. A five-night minimum applies. Six nights and full occupancy are required over Thanksgiving week; seven nights and full occupancy are required over Christmas and New Year's week. Shorter stays may be available with a higher cleaning fee. Kayak rentals require a signed waiver.
Getting there
The estate is on an elevated rocky bluff along the South Coast. A shared sandy beach cove with protected snorkeling is about a five- to seven-minute walk away; the property does not have beach entry from the rear of the house. Beach parking is available if you prefer to drive. The airport is about 20 minutes away by car, and the nearest supermarket is about eight minutes away. A car may be useful for visiting other beaches and attractions, but a vehicle requirement is not stated.
