House rules
Strictly no parties, including schoolies, hens and bucks gatherings. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed otherwise, stays are for private residential use only and occupancy must match the number of guests on the booking; notify the manager of changes. Pets are prohibited unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised. Linen is not provided; bring your own or arrange hire. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods.
Getting there
The property is uphill from the Swing Bridge, a short stroll from the main street and a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The third bedroom has external access only. Parking is limited to two car spaces.
