No smoking or pets. Parties, including schoolies, hens and bucks events, are prohibited. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10 pm and 8 am. Stays are for private residential use and only for the number of guests on the booking unless previously agreed otherwise. Bookings must reflect the exact number of guests; notify the manager of changes. Treat the property respectfully and follow the house rules. Forced moves in days may apply during peak periods. Refunds for bookings affected by Covid lockdowns require verification of the affected address and lockdown.
Getting there
Lorne Beach is 160 m away, with direct beach access. All three bedrooms are on the first floor. Off-street parking is limited to two cars.
