## About the house

The apartment has an open-plan living, kitchen and dining area, with three bedrooms on the first floor. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a dishwasher, dishes and silverware. An internal laundry includes a washer. Linen, hot water, an iron, TV and smoke detectors are provided. Bathroom 1 is an ensuite with a shower, toilet and vanity. Bathroom 2 has a shower, toilet and vanity, with a separate toilet also available. Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are welcome. The holiday home is professionally managed with 24/7 support from a local team.

No smoking or pets. Parties, including schoolies, hens and bucks events, are prohibited. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10 pm and 8 am. Stays are for private residential use and only for the number of guests on the booking unless previously agreed otherwise. Bookings must reflect the exact number of guests; notify the manager of changes. Treat the property respectfully and follow the house rules. Forced moves in days may apply during peak periods. Refunds for bookings affected by Covid lockdowns require verification of the affected address and lockdown.
