The house has a spacious terrace shaded by pine trees, four loungers, a barbecue, a wood-burning pizza oven, swings and an outdoor shower. The plot is fenced, with neighbouring houses next door. Two bicycles are available.

Inside, the living-dining room has satellite television, a DVD player and a dining table seating six. The kitchen has basic equipment, a gas hob, microwave and cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided. All three bedrooms have wardrobes: the first has a single bed and a bunk bed, the second a double bed, and the third two single beds. Son Serra de Marina has a natural beach with rocks, sand and pebbles, near the marina. Another natural sandy beach and a restaurant are at the end of the village. Can Picafort, a 10-minute drive away, has further services, supermarkets and leisure activities.
