House rules
No children. Strict no-party policy, including schoolies, hens and bucks gatherings. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless agreed beforehand, stays are for private residential use only and limited to the guests recorded on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management if it changes. Pets are prohibited unless Pets Welcome is advertised. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods.
Getting there
The steep driveway is shared with the neighbouring property. Wongarra Coastal Reserve Beach is 100 m away, Wye Beach is 300 m away and Separation Creek Beach is 1 km away. Great Otway National Park is 0 m away. Children are not permitted. Both bedrooms are on the ground floor; the bathroom is on the first floor.
