Is parking available onsite or nearby?
Free parking is available onsite in a covered parking area.
Do you allow loud music?
Loud music is allowed within limits and during specific hours. Guests should respect neighbours and keep noise mild and within the villa.
Can I reserve the home for a film, photo or advertisement shoot?
Yes, events and shoots are allowed subject to homeowner approval. Meals can be arranged at an additional cost.
Are pets allowed inside the room?
Pets are allowed at the property but not in bedrooms or bathrooms. Guests are responsible for their pets and any damage caused.
What type of beds are provided?
The bedrooms have king-sized beds.
