The apartment accommodates four guests. Its living area has a double sofa and a dining table. The sleeping area comprises one bedroom with a queen-size bed and another with two single beds. There are two bathrooms with showers.

The town center and beaches are a few minutes' drive away. Santa Margherita Ligure train station is about a 10-minute drive from the apartment, and Genoa airport is about a 50-minute drive.
