Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for more information before travelling with pets; pets are prohibited in the bathing area. Only two pool sun loungers per apartment are permitted, and swimming caps may be required. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Check-in runs from 15:00 or 16:00, depending on the destination, until 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available upon request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be required on arrival or a few days beforehand, with the amount determined by local regulations. Getting there
Construction of a new building in part of the residence may cause disturbance. The private garage measures 2.30 m wide, 4.80 m long and 2.10 m high. Verona airport is approximately 45 minutes away by car.
