## About the house

The apartment accommodates four guests. The bright living room has a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV, dining table and chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave. Kitchen equipment also includes an oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, juicer, coffee machine, moka pot and kettle.

The living room opens onto a covered patio with an outdoor table and chairs and views of greenery and Lake Garda. The bedroom has a queen-size double bed and wardrobe and overlooks the private rear garden. The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer and washing machine. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and an iron are available.

A private garage measures 2.30 m wide, 4.80 m long and 2.10 m high. The residence has a shared adult swimming pool and a smaller children's pool, open from 1 June to 15 September, 09:00–20:00. Swimming caps may be required; only two sun loungers per apartment are permitted, and pets are not allowed in the bathing area. Construction in part of the residence may cause disturbance.

Moniga del Garda lies in the province of Brescia on the Lombard shore of Lake Garda. Its historic centre has narrow streets, the Church of San Martino and the tenth-century Castle of Moniga. Local beaches offer lakeside walks, and cycle paths connect the town to Salò and Lonate. Verona airport is approximately 45 minutes away by car.

Check-in runs from 15:00 or 16:00, depending on the destination, until 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available upon request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be required on arrival or a few days beforehand, with the amount determined by local regulations.
