The house

The first-floor apartment is reached on foot and accommodates four guests. Its bright living room has a sofa, dining table and television. The separate kitchen includes a kettle, espresso machine, moka pot, oven, refrigerator, freezer and toaster.

A hallway leads to two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds. Every room has access to balconies overlooking Via Bara all’Olivella, a pedestrian alley. The bathroom has a shower, and a hairdryer is available. Air conditioning serves the living area and one bedroom; a heat pump is available for colder days. Wi-Fi is available.

The historic-center surroundings are lively day and night, with possible noise from construction sites, clubs and gathering places. Palermo central station is 1.5 km away, and Palermo Falcone e Borsellino airport is a 40-minute drive away.

A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations. Arrange check-in with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Late arrival and departure are available on request, subject to availability; arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40.
