The first-floor apartment is reached on foot and accommodates four guests. Its bright living room has a sofa, dining table and television. The separate kitchen includes a kettle, espresso machine, moka pot, oven, refrigerator, freezer and toaster.

A hallway leads to two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds. Every room has access to balconies overlooking Via Bara all’Olivella, a pedestrian alley.
