No parties, events, or smoking. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Pets are disputed: the amenities and description allow pets, while the property rules say no pets are allowed. A government-issued photo ID and quick online verification are required. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur a fee. During power outages, use of air conditioning, microwave, hair dryer, washers and dryers, and phone or laptop chargers is prohibited. Weather-related cancellations are not refundable; rescheduling may be available subject to calendar availability.
Getting there
The property is in Miramar, San Juan. Old San Juan is a 5–10 minute ride away by public bus, taxi, or rideshare. The room is near the beach, but no exact beach distance or access route is provided. Free parking in front of the property is first-come, first-served and is not owned by the hotel. Building construction may cause noise from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
