No parties, events, or smoking. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. NoiseAware monitors volume levels only, not content. Guests must complete online verification and provide a government-issued photo ID. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur a fee. During power outages, use of air conditioning, microwave, hair dryer, washers and dryers, and phone or laptop chargers is prohibited. During water outages, reduce water use to essentials and do not use the washing machine. Weather-related cancellations do not receive refunds; rescheduling may be available subject to calendar availability.
Getting there
The property is in Miramar, San Juan. The beach is described as nearby, and Old San Juan is a 5–10 minute ride away by transit. Public buses, taxis, and Uber are available. Free parking in front of the property is first-come, first-served and is not hotel-owned. Building construction may create noise from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
