House rules
No parties, events, or smoking. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Construction noise may be present from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Guests must complete online verification and provide a government-issued photo ID. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur a fee. During power outages, use of air conditioning, microwave, hair dryer, washers and dryers, and phone or laptop chargers is prohibited. During water outages, water use must be reduced to essentials and washing-machine use is suspended.
Getting there
The property is in Miramar, near Old San Juan, the beach, La Placita, and local dining spots. Old San Juan is a 5–10 minute ride away by public bus, taxi, or rideshare. Free street parking in front of the property is first-come, first-served and does not belong to the hotel.
