House rules
No parties, events or smoking. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur a fee. Government-issued photo ID and a quick online verification process are required. The rules say no pets, although another property section says pets are allowed; confirm the pet policy before booking. During power outages, air conditioning, the microwave, hair dryer, washers and dryers, and device charging are prohibited. During external water interruptions, reduce water use to essentials and do not use the washing machine.
Getting there
The property is in Miramar, with a stated 5–10 minute ride to Old San Juan. Public buses, taxis and Uber are available. Free street parking in front of the property is first-come, first-served and does not belong to the hotel.
