- Parking
- One private covered parking space is available for a small car.
- Pets allowed
- Pets are allowed on request, up to two, with a stated weight limit of 25 kg. Dangerous-breed dogs are not allowed.

- The open-plan gas kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils.

The private pool measures 6 x 3.5 metres, with a maximum depth of 1.9 metres and minimum depth of 0.9 metres. It is listed as open from 1 January to 31 December.
