Children under 10 are not allowed. Oleander and its surrounding property are strictly non-smoking; cigarettes, vaping and other substances are prohibited. Illegal drugs and flammable fluids are not permitted. A 12.5% hotel tax, 5% service charge and $300 cleaning fee apply. A $500 prepaid refundable damage deposit is refunded 15–30 days after departure if no damage occurs. For Christmas and New Year's arrivals on December 23, 24 or 25, a minimum number of nights may apply.
Getting there
Oleander is in Klein Bay on St. John. A pebble beach is a five-minute walk away, and Cruz Bay is approximately a 10-minute drive away. A jeep rental is recommended for exploring the island. Exterior stairs lead to the lower level.
