Oleander is a renovated three-bedroom villa in Klein Bay on St. John. The two-level home has a great room with air conditioning, beamed ceilings, arched windows, tile floors, furnishings, Caribbean-inspired artwork, cable television and internet service. The dining area seats eight, and the covered porch provides outdoor dining with Caribbean views. A second pool-level dining table seats four. The kitchen is fully equipped with KitchenAid stainless steel appliances, cookware, utensils, dishes, glassware and linens. The villa has three air-conditioned king bedrooms. The upper and lower primary bedrooms each have a private ensuite bathroom with double vanity and outdoor garden shower, cable television and private outdoor space. The third guest suite has a private bathroom with an interior shower, a separate living area, kitchenette and lower-level privacy. Each bedroom has a private safe. Outdoor features include multiple decks, a covered porch, outdoor dining, a gas BBQ grill and a private swimming pool. A pebble beach at Klein Bay is a five-minute walk away, and Cruz Bay is approximately a 10-minute drive away.

Children under 10 are not allowed. Oleander and its surrounding property are strictly non-smoking; cigarettes, vaping and other substances are prohibited. Illegal drugs and flammable fluids are not permitted. A 12.5% hotel tax, 5% service charge and $300 cleaning fee apply. A $500 prepaid refundable damage deposit is refunded 15–30 days after departure if no damage occurs. For Christmas and New Year's arrivals on December 23, 24 or 25, a minimum number of nights may apply.
