The apartment accommodates up to eight guests on the first floor of a building without a lift. The living area has a glass dining table, two sofas including a double sofa bed, a TV and access to a small sea-view balcony.
A separate kitchen has an additional dining table and TV, with an adjoining laundry room. Kitchen equipment includes a moka coffee maker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. A washing machine, iron and hairdryer are available, along with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
The three bedrooms have queen-size beds. The second bedroom is on a mezzanine reached by a spiral staircase and has a TV and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is another en-suite shower bathroom and an additional bathroom with a bathtub.
Catania Fontanarossa Airport is 67 km away, and the central train station is 1.7 km away. Ortigia has the equipped Zefiro and Nettuno solariums and the small free beach of Cala Rossa.
