The house

The newly built home has an open-concept great room with vaulted ceilings, wood accents, comfortable seating and a large smart TV. Sliding glass doors open onto a private lanai with ocean and sunset views, lounge seating, outdoor dining, a built-in BBQ, tropical landscaping and a private yard.

The kitchen has a granite island, integrated stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster, toaster oven and ice maker. Cookware, dishes and utensils are provided, and the adjacent formal dining table seats eight.

The primary suite has a king bed, futon and twin sleeper sofa, plus an ensuite with a soaking tub, dual walk-in showers, vanities and closets. The second primary suite sits across the home and has a king bed and an ensuite with a walk-in shower. The guest suite has a queen bed, two twin beds, an ensuite and a small office nook. A bonus room provides a queen bed and additional flexible sleeping space. The three named bedrooms have ceiling fans and pool views.

The converted three-car garage is a game room with a full bar, pool table, ping pong and TV. Other facilities include a full laundry room with washer, dryer and deep sink, beach towels, linens, high-speed Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, free parking and a private entrance. Security cameras, smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher, a first-aid kit and outdoor lighting are provided.

Keauhou Shopping Plaza is within walking distance for dining, groceries and entertainment. Ali’i Drive is a two-mile drive away. White Sands Beach in La’aloa Beach Park, golf, snorkeling, hiking and water activities are nearby.
